Do you offer complimentary consultations?

 

Yes! We offer a complimentary Celebration Consultation to get to know you, learn about your event, and explore how Remarkably Yours can help.

 

There's no need to have every detail figured out before we talk. We're here to listen, ask questions, and help you determine the best next steps.

 

How far in advance should we book?

 

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your event date and are considering professional support.

 

For weddings, earlier inquiries allow more time to explore your needs and secure availability. Social celebrations may have more flexibility depending on the event's complexity and our calendar.

 

Because we intentionally accept a limited number of events, availability may vary.

 

How do we officially reserve our date?

 

Once you've selected your services, we'll provide an agreement outlining the scope of work, investment, and payment terms.

 

Your date is officially reserved once the agreement has been signed and the required initial payment has been received.

 

An inquiry or consultation alone does not reserve your date.

Event management focuses on the logistics that bring your plans together, including timelines, vendor coordination, and oversight of the event within the contracted scope.

 

For clients who want both, we offer combined Design + Management services.

 

Do you offer full-service wedding planning?

 

At this time, we specialize in Wedding Design, Wedding Management, and personalized planning guidance rather than comprehensive full-service wedding planning.

 

Our services are designed for couples who want to remain involved in planning their celebration while receiving professional creative or logistical support.

 

During your consultation, we'll help determine which level of service best fits your needs.

 

When does Wedding Management begin?

 

Wedding Management is designed for couples who have handled most of their planning but want professional support bringing everything together.

 

Our more active involvement begins during the final planning phase, when we review details, communicate with vendors, develop timelines, and prepare for wedding-day execution.

 

The specific timeline, meetings, and responsibilities will be outlined in your proposal and agreement.

 

Can we book just a planning consultation?

 

Absolutely!

 

Our Strategy Sessions and Planning Advisory services are ideal for clients who want to remain hands-on but would appreciate professional guidance.

 

Whether you're working through design decisions, planning logistics, or simply need help organizing your next steps, we can provide focused support without requiring a full event-management package.
